Forms of payment accepted are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Cheques and Cash.
Lounge does not allow added gratuities with credit card payments. We have an ATM for your convenience.
We understand life happens and schedules shift, however as a curtesy for all appointments a 24 hour cancellation notice is required.
For appointments over $200 we will require a $50 deposit, if you need to cancel your appointment the $50 deposit will be applied to the rescheduled appointment, however if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours you will lose your deposit.
If you are unsatisfied with your service please contact us within 48 hours. We will make every effort to accommodate you and ensure your satisfaction.
